I have be n coming here for 20 years or more. My first doctor retired and I started seeing Dr. Amy Simpson. I feel very comfortable and confident seeing her. I am concerned with the new requirements to present your insurance cards very often instead of once a year. There were maybe 15 elderly patients that had to stand in a line while insurance cards were all thoroughly checked. I know I was beyond my capacity to stand there waiting and was very grateful to finally get vetted and able to take a seat. There must be a better way. There were people with walkers and canes just standing there waiting. I have to say it angered me.

I had a very complex heath issue and Dr. Simpson took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions while being pleasant and helpful. When I was sick she responded quickly to my requests and called in medication. She worked me in because of the severity of my complaint and the staff were really crucial in getting my message to Dr Simpson. They’re a great team!

Dr. Simpson has been my primary Physician for a great many years. She has always been welcoming with a smile. She is thorough with listening to my concerns. She always answer's my questions and give me educated answers. I never feel rushed out from the visit. I 100% recommend her and her staff.

Tyler Internal Medicine is a wonderful facility in our community! I am so grateful for the staff and for my physician, Dr. Amy Simpson. The few times that I have been very ill, (flu, ear infection, etc.), I have been able to see my doctor or NP on the day I called. The care I have received is always outstanding, and I appreciate how thorough my doctor is, as well as all of the others are, who are assisting her.

Tyler Internal Medicine runs very efficiently. There is a great check-in system. The desk staff is always helpful. The lab staff are likewise. Most of all, my husband and I have excellent physicians who listen to our concerns and run tests or make referrals if needed. We are grateful to be patients at TIMA!

Doctor Amy Simpson is the best doctor I’ve ever had, and I’m 65 years old so I’ve had and currently still have many different doctors and specialists. I could never say enough about how caring, compassionate and intelligent Dr. Simpson is. She’s so knowledgeable to all of my health issues. I appreciate and recommend her so much that my husband has her as his PCP. She’s the best!!!
